Shared calendar

What is the calendar?

The shared calendar shows all open tasks and steps in a traditional monthly or daily calendar format.  

How do I use the calendar?

To view the calendar, click on the Calendar tab. Your items due for the current month will be displayed by contact last name. Using the select boxes on the side of the calendar, you can see only your action items coming up or everyone on your team.  To display items due for other users, check the box in front of the user’s name. Your items due will always be highlighted.

For a quick view of the item due, scroll over the contact name. Click on the date for a list view of items due for that day. To view other months, click the arrows on either side of the month.
