What is the dashboard? How do I use it? When an action item is due, it appears on your dashboard under Due Today. The contact name is listed, followed by the playbook the contact is on, the action due (either a playbook step or task) and the action due date. Items due for the day are preceded by a blue arrow. If an action item is not completed on its due date, it remains on your dashboard and the blue arrow is replaced with a red exclamation icon indicating the action is overdue. Completed tasks and completed or skipped steps are displayed in the Completed Today section on the bottom of your dashboard. Rescheduled actions are not shown in the completed section. |
