How do I assign a contact a playbook? What happens when I assign a contact to a playbook? When a contact is assigned to a playbook, the playbook name is displayed at the Playbook heading, along with the first step due. Steps can be marked completed or can be rescheduled or skipped. As steps are completed or skipped, the next step in the playbook is listed until the contact has completed the playbook. A contact can be assigned to only one playbook. The playbook can be changed at any time and once a playbook has been completed, another playbook can be assigned. |
